  Select Registration Degree Type: ডিগ্রি ধরণ নির্বাচন (Registration Degree Type):
  First, select your degree type — Bachelor / Honours Only, Masters Only, or Both (Bachelor + Masters). সর্বপ্রথমে আপনার ডিগ্রি টাইপ নির্বাচন করুন — Bachelor / Honours Only, Masters Only, অথবা Both (Bachelor + Masters)।

  Fetch Info using Student ID: স্টুডেন্ট আইডি দিয়ে তথ্য আনা (Fetch Info):
  When you type your Student ID, the system will automatically load your name, CGPA, program, degree type, and passing year. If needed, click the Fetch button to retry. আপনার Student ID টাইপ করলে সিস্টেম স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে নাম, CGPA, প্রোগ্রাম, ডিগ্রি টাইপ ও পাসের সাল লোড করে নেবে। প্রয়োজনে Fetch বাটনে ক্লিক করে পুনরায় চেষ্টা করুন।

  Passport Size Photo (Student Photo): পাসপোর্ট সাইজ ছবি (Student Photo):
  After selecting your photo, a Crop Window (300x300) will open. Select the required area and click Crop & Apply. (Format: JPG/PNG, Max Size: 1MB). ছবি সিলেক্ট করার পর একটি Crop Window (300x300) ওপেন হবে। প্রয়োজনীয় অংশ নির্বাচন করে Crop & Apply বাটনে ক্লিক করুন। (ফরম্যাট: JPG/PNG, সাইজ: সর্বোচ্চ 1MB)।

  Scanned Copy of NID / Birth Certificate: NID / জন্ম নিবন্ধনের স্ক্যান কপি:
  Upload a clear copy of your NID or Birth Certificate. (Format: JPG, PNG, PDF, Max Size: 2MB). আপনার এনআইডি (NID) অথবা বার্থ সার্টিফিকেটের পরিষ্কার কপি আপলোড করুন। (ফরম্যাট: JPG, PNG, PDF, সাইজ: সর্বোচ্চ 2MB)।

Accurately fill in your correct Mobile Number, Email, Present & Permanent Address, Blood Group, and Emergency Contact Information. All important notifications regarding certificate and convocation will be sent through these details. আপনার সঠিক মোবাইল নম্বর, ইমেইল, বর্তমান ও স্থায়ী ঠিকানা, রক্তের গ্রুপ এবং জরুরি যোগাযোগের তথ্য নির্ভুলভাবে পূরণ করুন। সার্টিফিকেট এবং কনভোকেশন সংক্রান্ত সকল গুরুত্বপূর্ণ নোটিফিকেশন এই তথ্যের মাধ্যমে পাঠানো হবে।

Please carefully observe the size chart table to ensure the perfect fit for your gown and t-shirt: গাউন ও টি-শার্টের সঠিক ফিটিং নিশ্চিত করতে সাইজ চ্যাট টেবিলটি ভালোভাবে খেয়াল করুন:

• Select your size (XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL) according to your Height and Chest measurement. আপনার উচ্চতা (Height) ও বুকের মাপ (Chest) অনুযায়ী সাইজ (XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL) সিলেক্ট করুন।
• Clicking on the size box in the header will automatically select both gown and t-shirt sizes simultaneously. হেডারের সাইজ বক্সে ক্লিক করলে একইসাথে গাউন ও টি-শার্টের সাইজ সিলেক্ট হয়ে যাবে।

  Guest Selection: গেস্ট সিলেকশন:
  A maximum of 2 guests can be invited. Guests must be over 12 years of age. Guest's name, mobile number, NID card copy, and passport-size photo (cropped) must be submitted. সর্বোচ্চ ২ জন অতিথি আনা যাবে। অতিথির বয়স অবশ্যই ১২ বছরের বেশি হতে হবে। অতিথির নাম, মোবাইল নম্বর, NID কার্ডের কপি এবং পাসপোর্ট সাইজ ছবি (Crop করে) যুক্ত করতে হবে।

  Vehicle Info: গাড়ির তথ্য:
  If you wish to bring a vehicle to the convocation, select 'Yes' and fill in vehicle type, registration number, driver's name, and phone number. কনভোকেশনে গাড়ি নিয়ে আসতে চাইলে 'Yes' সিলেক্ট করে গাড়ির ধরণ, রেজিস্ট্রেশন নম্বর, চালকের নাম ও ফোন নম্বর পূরণ করতে হবে।

• Declaration Checkbox: ডিক্লেয়ারেশন চেকবস: Tick the declaration checkbox to agree with the terms and conditions. ফর্মের শর্তাবলীতে সম্মতি দিয়ে চেক বক্সে (Tick) দিন।
• Save Draft: You can use the 'Save Draft' button to temporarily save your data while filling out the form. ফর্ম পূরণের মাঝামাঝি সময়ে তথ্য সাময়িকভাবে সেভ করে রাখতে 'Save Draft' বাটন ব্যবহার করতে পারেন।
• Final Submit & Pay: After verifying all information, click this button to complete the online payment. Registration will be considered final only after successful payment. সকল তথ্য যাচাই শেষে এই বাটনে ক্লিক করে অনলাইন পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন করুন। পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন হলেই রেজিস্ট্রেশন চূড়ান্ত বলে গণ্য হবে।
